Whilst studying for a degree at university – Ali identified the opportunity to bring catering solutions to the construction industry. Having been brought up in and around kitchens all his life, he has used his vast experience to generate creative solutions to the most challenging of environments.

Through his hard work and commitment, Ali has overseen the significant growth of the company from running the first kitchen to now leading its strategic direction for the future.
